This probably means you have a bad power supply
THIS is most probably due to a faulty battery installation......Do check with the manufacturer website FAQ section.
Check power supply output voltage. sounds like power supply is bad.
Have you try and check the plug.....
If you use lop top check the plug it might be unplug
