My (ex)girlfriend was able to log into my email and my bank account by figuring out my passwords. She didn't spend my money or send out spam under my name but I want to know if this is considered identity theft. Can I have her arrested for it? By NoExcuses

Any time someone uses another person's identity for any other purpose, it is identity theft. In your case, I don't think you can have her arrested but she can receive a warning. While setting passwords never use anywords or figures that would make sense eg:your name, birthdate, special dates, children's names, spouse's name, etc. Use some vague words and figures that only makes sense to you and mix them up.
I suggest stronger passwords that impossible to ' guess'.
