it's not that bad.. minus thirty at times.. but it's starting to get abit warmer
It is miserable - not fit for man or beast.
in centigrade: Jan, Feb and early March range from 0 to -15, normally. It can reach +10 or -25, but both are rare. Average is probably about -7C.
