In porlapuerta.com apartment are overpriced, go to the local newspaper and will find a better idea, but yes are little bit expensive, specially if you want front-beach view.

It depends on the are in Puerto La Cruz, a good area will be approximatly Bs.1,000,000 (One Million of bolivares) (US Dollars U$470)
But if you want a very nice apartment with 3 rooms in a building with a nice view etc it will be more than Bs.2,000,000 (U$930)
