You should definitely check out the Belize Zoo. There are so many amazing animals there. If you are only going to check out one of the Mayan ruins, I suggest Lamani. Take the Jungle River Cruise to get there. Definitely take a water taxi out to Ambergris Caye and visit San Pedro. Other Answer
oh Belize is BEAUTIFUL!! I'm half belizean and my mom was born there.. it is beautiful.. it is very hot but like i said before it is beautiful.. i think you will enjoy it... you have to go scuba diving... you definitely have to go and see the ruins their... but i think you will have a good time.. most ppl that vacation their love to scuba dive.. have a good time.. belize is a beautiful place..
there are alot of good mayan ruins in belize. Some of them like lamani are reachable only by boat so you get a cool breeze during the trip.
