Dogs are allowed in the cabin, after paying a fee of course. But it is a FAR(federal aviation regulation) that every pet onboard must travel in its individual cage. Keep in mind that the only pets allowed in the cabin are the ones that can fit underneath the seat in front of you, no bigger than that.
