make a point of taking a water taxi to virgin gorda... it's fantastic. the beach is great for snorkelling and there are some great caves to explore.
I just went to Virgin Gorda this summer and it is a great place for snorkeling and scuba diving. There are great coral reefs like wall to wall fish and the Rone. Sailing is also another great activity in Virgin Gorda.
