You need to give him or her a letter of invitation, stating that you would like them to visit, that you will be responsible for all their medical expenses while in the usa and that they will be staying at your house while there, things like that that you are a us citizen etc where you work or own a business that they are not coming to work rather for sightseeing and to visit with you!
