Assuming it's non-stop, I'd say about 8 hours, maybe 9.

From Denver, from fact I know it takes 18 hours from Florida to Egypt so from Denver to Japan, maybe longer.
I go from Osaka to Detroit on my way to Philly ever year depending on wind its about 13 1/2 to 14 hours to Detroit
well maybe 15 hours....10 hours across the pacific. But I am sure you will make a stop before heading out across the Pacific
It really fluctuates according to the winds. So from Seattle, you can get to Tokyo in about 9 hours. From Denver, it would be more like 13-15hours. With strong winds it could be up to 17-18. So bring lots of stuff to do.
