i have a bachelor degree from my country.
how can i work in japan legally.
coz i wanna stay in japan.
do i have to study first or go to college?
anyway my sister is marrying a japanese-brazil citizenship.
is that useful? By robUnfortunately just having a sister who can live there is not enough to keep you in the country as far as I am aware.

If you go on a tourist visa you can apply for jobs during that period and if you land at job at the right place they will sponsor you with a work visa. There is great demand for English teachers if it is your first language, but there is also a lot of demand in the financial sector.

Japanese language ability usually helps in getting a job, but not always, and certainly as an English language teacher most places do not care if you speak Japanese or not.

With the right qualifications (a spouse who is Japanese, a job, etc), getting a visa (and maintaining it) is not very difficult. Not compared to the INS in the US anyway! They are harsh.

Good luck. Japan is a great place to live.

Only if you like the smell of fish. Whole of Japan smells of rotten fish and the women are real smelly too.
Some English schools recruit abroad, and they will sponsor your visa. Geos for example, I believe. Some kind of TEFL or teaching qualification wouldn`t hurt, but it isn`t essential for all jobs. If you have family here, you can visit on a 3 month holiday visa but you aren`t allowed to work during that period.
