I hear there's a nice sightseeing train that goes through the Rocky Mountains. The train has a glass ceiling. You'll have to google it. Don't know the name of the train line.

there are so many different places to visit. personally, i never was on the east coast. so don't know much about that.
west is very nice. the national parks, starting with banff. also the okanagan is absolutely GREAT!!!
hey, have a good time in canada, and if you go hiking near around banff, lake louise watch out for the bears!!!
That rail holiday is called "Rocky Mountain Railtours". It's fantastic - book early. Goes Calgary to Vancouver or reverse.
