Indus River or Daryai -e- Sindh this is the river from which india name originated.
River Ganga is the longest one in India.
It is Brahmaputra. It travels through China by a different name before entering India and assumes the name of Brahmaputra. It finally flows into Bangladesh.

Till yesterday it was Brahumputra only i do not know about tomorrow because of the speed at which Indian rivers are getting converted into drains.
In India longest river is the Brahmaputra; the second longest is the Ganga.
